Seawell was out of military prison and on parole after being convicted
of raping a woman who was disabled and in a wheelchair, when he sent
private messages to Nikki’s underage ID in Colorado Regional
chat, in January 2004. He was found guilty of violation of his terms
of parole by a federal parole board, based on the evidence that was
provided by Nikki, and he was sentenced to serve his full prison term.

trial in Jacksonville, NC in Nov. 2005, and Boggs was found guilty
on all 4 felony charges. He was sentenced to 8 years in federal
