Update - Frederick J. Becker was convicted in Aug. 2005 of Use of a Computer to Facilitate a Child Sex Crime. - Link to Records - He was sentenced to 9 months in jail - 10 years probation - Register as a sex offender - Sexual Offender Counseling - No contact with anyone under 18 yrs old, unsupervised - No Internet Access - Pay all court costs, etc.
We are very happy with the outcome of this case. Caithness did a great job on this case, and the detectives and prosecutor on Becker's case were just outstanding! Thank you all so much.
The charges in this case were filed
after many citizen volunteers with US Cyberwatch made community notification
on this case. This is one of many cases in which our follow up work
has resulted in a conviction. Thanks to all who worked on this!
