The man above, Doncosta Earle Seawell, was out of military prison and on parole for raping a woman who was disabled and in a wheelchair, when he sent private messages to Nikki’s underage ID in Colorado Regional chat, in January 2004. He set up a meeting with the 14 year old ID for sex.
All of the information on his case was given to his Federal Parole Officer, and Nikki conferenced with that parole officer, and with others handling the case, and the evidence was presented to a Federal Parole Board. That Parole Board found that the actions of Doncosta Seawell in the chat with the underage ID were in violation of his conditions of parole, and they revoked his parole and put him back in prison for the remainder of his sentence.
We want to thank the Federal Parole Officer, and the Parole Board in this case, for all of their time and attention to this case, and for making sure that Doncosta Seawell did answer for what he attempted to do with a child.
