This man was arrested during a sting operation in Topeka, Kansas

Efrain Valenzuela is a previously convicted sex offender. Convicted four years ago for agg. Indecent Liberties with a Child.

Efrain Valenzuela, 29 year old male in Topeka, KS communicated with a 13 year old child ID in Topeka, KS on Aug. 9, 2006. He was very sexually explicit with the 13 yr old child ID, and when he did arrive at what he believed to be her house on Aug. 9, 2006, he was arrested immediately. He brought a friend with him who was also arrested at the scene on weapons charges.

Efrain Valenzuela, in the chat with the child ID, claimed to be 18 years old, when in fact, he is 29. He also uses the screen name: california_kid_topcity_66605

He’s been charged with several crimes in connection with what he attempted to do to a young child, and on Thursday Aug. 17, 2006, Efrain Valenzuela was indicted by a grand jury for these attempted crimes against a child.
