Bust by Nikki

Location: Oklahoma

Frank Lopez initiated a chat with one of Nikki's underage ID's in Oklahoma Regional chat in Nov. of 2003. He got sexually graphic and set up a real life meeting for sex with the child. The evidence in his case was turned over to Special Agents, via e-mail first, and then 2 Agents went to Nikki's home and got a statement from her regarding the case against Lopez.

As a result of this case, Frank Lopez received:

- An Article 15 - which is a non-judicial punishment, administered by the Subject's Commander

and

- an "Other than honorable" discharge from the U.S. Air Force.

We want to extend our thanks and gratitude to the Agents who worked on this case, and to everyone in the USAF who took part in making sure that Frank Lopez did have to answer for what he attempted to do with an underage child.
