Bust by Nikki

The man above, David Alarid, was convicted in September 2004 based on the evidence that Nikki provided to Federal Agents on his case.

In November 2003, David Alarid initiated a conversation with one of Nikki’s underage ID’s, from Oklahoma Regional chat, and he attempted to meet with that underage child for sex. Nikki turned over all of the evidence on his case to Military Agents, and charges were filed against Alarid based on that evidence. Nikki agreed to testify against Alarid in court.

In September 2004, Alarid plead guilty to the charges, and the following sentence was adjudged:

10 months confinement in military prison
Bad Conduct Discharge
Reduction in rate to E-1
Forfeiture of 2/3 pay for 10 months

After being released, David Alarid will be dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Military.
